Beginning Feb. 11 – Sun. 1-5PM, Tues./Thur. 6-9PM, at ROYAL’s Main Street Studio; the entire cast would be called for two weeks, and then a full rehearsal schedule for all roles will be shared for March – May.
All currently known conflicts between Feb. 11 – May 25 should be listed on the audition application. No absences are permitted during tech week or performances unless an emergency occurs. Any additional excused absences must be for school functions required for a grade. These must be shared with the director and production manager as soon as they are known. Having a large number of conflicts with the rehearsal schedule may restrict someone from being cast in the show, or cause a change in roles.

PARENT/ACTOR AGREEMENT
If cast in this production, actors must be available for rehearsals which take place on Tuesday and Thursday nights and Sunday afternoons. There may be additional rehearsals scheduled if needed for choreography.

Cast parents will be required to volunteer for 6 pre-show hours (per cast member). Specific jobs and committees will be available for sign-up at the 1st parent meeting/read through. A parent of each cast member must also volunteer for 2 volunteer time slots during the show/tech week (various jobs available). Additionally, one parent of each cast member will be required to assist with move-in (set up) AND strike (tear down) the week of the show.

All currently known conflicts between February 20 and May 28 should be listed on the audition application. No absences are permitted during tech week or performances unless an emergency occurs. Any additional excused absences must be for school functions required for a grade. These must be shared with the director and production manager as soon as they are known.
